CPAP1000.com specializes in respiratory and medical-grade supplies. For health and safety reasons, especially due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns on any opened products that come into contact with breath or bodily fluids.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to offering a clear, fair policy.

Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns on brand new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery:

  • 100% refund

  • Free return shipping label

  • No restocking fees

Opened Products — Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened items including:

  • CPAP Machines

  • CPAP Masks

  • CPAP Mask Cushions

  • CPAP Headgear

  • CPAP Humidifiers

  • CPAP Hoses

  • CPAP Air Filters

  • N95, KN95, and FFP2 Respirators

  • Procedure or Surgical Masks

Opened Products — Returnable

The following opened items may be returned within 30 days if in like-new condition:

  • UVC and Ozone Disinfectant Machines

  • Lumin UVC Light Bulbs

  • CPAP Batteries
